About The Author
M Susan Grogan
Dr. Grogan has been an educator for 36 years. She is presently an Associate Professor of Reading, mentoring teachers who are graduate education students and wish to become Reading Specialists and also those teachers desiring a Dyslexia Endorsement on their teaching license. She presently teaches in the Cannon-Clary College of Education at Harding University and has been there for the past 18 years. She began as a first and second grade teacher and then transitioned into a Reading Specialist and served in three elementary schools in California and Arkansas. Previous to her position as an Associate Professor, she worked for five years solely as a literacy professional development provider.
